Greetings to all Rolling Stones fans. I have been a Stones fan since 1976, when at aged 14 I went to a friend's house. As I went up the stairs I heard this amazing sound coming from his elder brother's room. His brother was around 24 years old and was listening to Get Yer Ya-Yas Out. I was hooked.

A few days later I happened to see Black and Blue at the local newsagent's record stand and I bought it. This was the first Stones album that I owned and I think it is why the early Ronnie Wood years is my favourite era.

Over the next couple of years I bought everything else that they had done on vinyl - CDs weren't invented at this time. The in the early 80s I started replacing the vinyl with CDs. I made the mistake of selling my vinyl collection, not realising at the time that one day it would be quite valuable.

Fast forward to 2005 and my discovery of the IORR forum. This place has been a wealth of information and also a great source of downloads for me. The people are friendly and only too willing to share recordings that they have collected. There is a general philosophy of "if you have it, share it with the other fans", which in my opinion is how it should be.

I have now replaced all the vinyl that I previously sold and have amassed a healthy collection of live concerts, outtakes and rehearsal sessions thanks to the IORR community.

The listings of my collection that you will find on this site have all been made with the excellent ExpPrint, which is a program for printing directory listings. This has saved me hours of work and I would like to thank Dave (the author) for his time and assistance in guiding me through it.
